Facilities Staff Project Manager

As a Facilities Staff Project Manager, you are a natural leader with a strong work ethic. Although you do not have much past experience in facilities consulting, you are able to quickly learn the ropes. You may, however, have experience in pre-construction surveys, photographing sites, and generating reports - which is what drew you to this field. You have great communication skills and are easily able to interact with your team and clients. • Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
• Occasional field and laboratory testing
• Assisting with preparation of reports, proposals, and projects
• Assisting with projects as needed
• Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects
• Scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

• B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or Civil Engineering (ABET) from an ABET accredited college/university

• 0-2 years of related experience

• Engineer in Training (EIT) license would go a long way

The expected pay range for this role and location is $67,000 - $76,000/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
