   Key Responsibilities: 
   
    - Perform and Document Repairs: Conduct preventative maintenance, routine, and emergency repairs to support production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and effective communication with management and peers.
 - Troubleshoot and Repair Systems: Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including CNC machines (Okuma MA600HB/Makino a61nx-a81nx), assembly line equipment, automated assembly/test equipment, and general facility infrastructure.
 - Operate Fabrication Tools: Utilize tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses for part repair and modification.
 - Industrial Waste Management: Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous and universal waste in compliance with regulations.
 - Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and equipment manuals.
 - Independent Work: Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency while working independently.
 
    
   Additional Responsibilities: 
   
    - Suggest Improvements: Propose enhancements to equipment and manufacturing processes to improve uptime, reliability, and safety.
 - Assist Engineering Team: Collaborate on special projects with the engineering team.
 
    
   Requirements: 
   
    - High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Demonstrated competency in mechanical and electrical repairs.
 - Valid driver's license and forklift certification.
 - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Adaptability and teamwork.
 - Intermediate PC knowledge.
 - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work on ladders and elevated platforms.
 
    
   Preferred Qualifications: 
   
    - 1-3 years (or more) of experience in industrial maintenance.
 - Hands-on experience with CNC machines, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and vision systems.
 - Familiarity with special-purpose machinery and automated systems.
 - Proficiency and knowledge of codes and regulations (OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, etc.).
