The Opportunity

Join a high-impact team at the intersection of data, strategy, and organizational design. As a Workforce Strategy Analyst, you'll help leaders make smarter decisions about how we grow, structure, and invest in our workforce. This is a unique opportunity to learn the mechanics of workforce planning, contribute to org design conversations, and build the analytical foundation for a career in people strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze workforce trends to uncover actionable insights

  • Build technical workforce scenario planning models that guide leadership decisions

  • Support workforce planning cycles by modeling talent supply and demand across functions

  • Monitor external trends and benchmarks to inform strategic workforce decisions

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses in the people analytics space (i.e., employee engagement, attrition trends, etc.)

  • Contribute to research and synthesis of articles, reports, and data sources relevant to people strategy

What You Need to Succeed

  • Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026

  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, people analytics, or related field

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, or Python/R

  • Motivated by open-ended problems and can navigate evolving priorities with flexibility

  • Ability to translate complex findings into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • You're interested in how teams are structured, how work gets done, and how companies evolve to meet strategic goals

  • You enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and asking thoughtful questions to uncover insights about how organizations work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $65,900 -- $147,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
