Job Description Purpose of The Job: What You'll Do: * Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product growth and field success * Build deep expertise in your market area-understanding client needs, agent dynamics, and competitive trends to guide data-driven decisions * Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with KPIs and field feedback * Manage budgets, forecasts, and timelines to deliver high-quality, on-brand successful programs and campaigns Collaborate with creative, digital, and field teams to bring fresh ideas to life * Analyze results and continuously improve performance * Create content, tools, and resources that empower agents to market effectively * Maintain documentation and project status updates * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards * Cultivate relationships with vendors, internal teams, and field partners What You'll Bring: * A strategic mindset with a passion for connecting marketing to measurable results * Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams * Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to make a meaningful impact * Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing budgets * 5+ years in marketing roles with strategic planning and execution * Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or certifications in marketing strategy preferred * Experience in insurance, financial services, or field-driven consumer services is a plus * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite * Self-directed, collaborative, and eager to learn and contribute SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
