Head of Business Intelligence

Jain Global LLC seeks a Head of Business Intelligence in New York, NY to model, design and construct data and reporting infrastructure. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience managing the customization and roll-out of technology portfolios using off-the-shelf systems including Charles River IMS, MIK Portfolio Monitor, and Tableau Server for a global multi-strategy hedge fund; developing financial technology solutions for investment strategies covering financial products including equities, credit default swaps, mortgage backed securities and bank debts securities including trade claims, term loans and revolvers for pricing; performing Profit and Loss reporting and adhoc reporting incorporating all investment lifecycle events; establishing business intelligence architecture in the investment management industry utilizing SQL-based data warehouses, data modelling techniques, Tableau, SSRS, and PowerBI; implementing global regulatory reporting solutions including MIFID II, Form PF, and SEC 13F reporting; utilizing DevOps to build Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines; and in executing duties, utilizing technology frameworks and solutions including .NET, DevOps, WPF, WCF, Perl, Shell, SQL Server, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, VBA, Infragistics, SpreadsheetGear, BCL easyPdfFramework, POP, RSA, Atlassian JIRA, Bloomberg, Advent Geneva, Advent Partner and Charles River IMS. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Salary range: $250,000 to $250,000/year.
