Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)

As a CNA, you would provide direct nursing care and support to individuals experiencing homelessness, particularly those with medical needs. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care.

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Take vital signs, observe and report changes in residents' conditions, and assist with basic medical procedures under supervision.
• Aid residents with medication reminders and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Accurately record observations, interventions, and resident responses in electronic health records.
• Work with healthcare providers, case managers, and shelter staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist in de-escalating situations as needed

Shift: Monday - Sunday 7a-7p (Provide coverage during absences)
