Sr. Investment Associate (NY, NY) Conduct complx macroecon, demogrphc, geo, industry, real estate (RE) sector analysis w/ focus on emerging mkt trnds & sovereign wealth fnd strats. Prfrm asset perfmc mntrngEval new invest opps, utilize underwriting methds, custom scenario analysis, & real options valuation techniques. Reqs: Bach RE, fin, econ, computational fin, or sim field + 2 yrs RE invest exp in fin svcs industry, private equity, sovereign wealth fnds, family fnds, or real estate dev disciplines. Profic in Excel, incl/ adv VBA, dyn arrays, macros, pivots tbls, & fin modeling; Tableau, i.e., devlpng custom invest dashboards integrated data sources; exp w/ Argus Enterprise; institutional invstrs & high-net-worth family offices.
