Integrated Program Lead - Senior Director

What this job involves - We are seeking an experienced Integrated Program Lead to join our team in a full-time role with one of JLL's premier financial services clients. In this role, you will serve as a Program Lead supporting a major financial institution's campus transformation initiatives in a critical market.

What is the day to day?

  • Lead and govern a cross-functional team across real estate and non-real estate partners to drive progress via a unified program

  • Work with supporting program and project leaders to assemble the consolidated operational plan

  • Oversee major workplace consolidation activities from strategy and through planning and implementation

  • Partner with program sponsors and functional leads to navigate complex conversations with senior leaders, rooted in the details of the program

  • Support program teams to translate how business operational requirements translate to planning & programming requirements

  • Establish and maintain Program Management Office standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks for cross-functional program execution

  • Manage program inter-dependencies, risks, and issues, and other escalations across multiple concurrent workstreams and initiatives

  • Develop and monitor program performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track program health

  • Compile and analyze program lessons and opportunities and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and strategic recommendations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to program sponsors, providing strategic guidance on operational and strategic challenges

  • Shape communications and reporting to translate operational issues and updates into relevant stories for executive and business unit consumption

  • Contribute to JLL Consulting's revenue and profitability goals through effective resource management and operational excellence

  • Maintain subject matter expertise in PMO methodologies, program governance, and workplace strategy delivery frameworks.

Desired experience and technical skills - Required

  • Extensive experience in establishing and leading large-scale workplace transformation programs and coordinating cross-functional program delivery teams.

  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies and workplace/real estate program delivery frameworks.

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, adept at managing multi-disciplinary teams and programs.

  • Superior executive presence and stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing program sponsors and executives and proactively identifying opportunities to engage with leaders.

  • Strong change management expertise and experience applying change management principles to stakeholder engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree required, PMP/MSP certification and advanced degree in relevant field preferred.

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in program leadership / management roles with focus on workplace/real estate programs.

  • Strategic program thinking: Capacity to develop innovative program management and stakeholder engagement solutions for complex program delivery challenges.

  • Project and program management foundations: understanding tools and methodologies from diverse approaches (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) to develop optimal solutions

  • PMO adaptability: Flexibility to scale program management operations in dynamic environments and adjust governance frameworks to changing program needs.

  • Program leadership and acumen: Ability to apply program governance principles to guide program teams, mentor program managers, and drive portfolio initiatives to successful completion.

Location: NY, New York (on-site)

Estimated compensation for this position:

180,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
