Description Seasonal Winter Laborer $1000 SIGN ON BONUS!!! Receive $500 in mid December 2025 and $500 in April 2026 at the completion of the winter assignment. DEPARTMENT: General Services Department - Highways Division TYPICAL WORK SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Days, Monday - Friday, Overtime is a requirement. Job Summary: The City of Concord, General Services Department, is accepting applications for temporary, seasonal laborers for shoveling and wing people from November 2025 to April 2026.
