The Corporate Rotation program is a rotational introduction to the key corporate disciplines of Strategy, and two of the following: Product & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Retail Banking, Digital Delivery, Audit or Corporate Risk. Other line of business or corporate support disciplines may be part of the program on an individual basis. The Corporate Trainees will experience a combination of largely on the job training with selective classroom training to enhance their development. In three rotations (exact timing and sequencing may vary), the trainees will go through a structured sequence of tasks to learn the fundamentals of the discipline and start to contribute to day to day deliverables.

2026-2027 Rotations Available: Audit, Corporate Risk, Customer Experience, Digital, Finance and Product & Marketing.

Job Accountabilities
* Under guidance, support the successful execution of assigned initiatives, through project planning, coordination of partnerships, project management against defined key milestones, communications between all stakeholders.
* Support and define required research and analytical tasks to achieve project objectives and work with project leaders and sponsors to secure access to data and high quality execution of analysis.
* Identify independent study project, define & scope, research & analyze (using core data sources), develop presentations, deliver presentation.
* Effectively managing internal and external partnerships.
* Work with the HR leadership to determine the appropriate portfolio of projects at any given time.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Required
Bachelor's Degree Strategy Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Marketing Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Finance Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Accounting Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Preferred

Experience
Less than 2 years Required
