Join our innovative team, as we are seeking to fill a Manufacturing Engineer position at a leading global electric vehicle company located in Casa Grande, AZ. Pay Rate: $42 - $47/hr. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours, on-site Key Responsibilities: Analyze time, motion, and workflow to establish production standards and improve operational efficiency. Review engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure quality and reliability compliance. Verify production and quality records for adherence to established standards. Assist in planning work assignments based on worker performance, machine capacity, and production schedules. Prepare charts, diagrams, and layouts illustrating workflow, material handling, and equipment use. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. 5-10 years Battery experience 5-7 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Skilled in CAD and other engineering software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and collaborative.
