Summary The Cafe Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of their cafe, setting a clear vision for excellence in both team performance and guest experience. The Cafe Manager sets the pace for hospitality, quality, and innovation, ensuring that the cafe continually evolves to meet and exceed guest expectations. They work in close partnership with the retail leadership team and across departments to create one-of-a-kind experiences for guests and provide ongoing leadership and growth opportunities for cafe staff. Pay Transparency & Benefits: The target base compensation for this position can range from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, plus bonus potential.
