Description

UDR, Inc. and its affiliated companies are seeking a Resident Services Manager 2 - Remediations to join our team at Eight 80, our exclusive apartment community (1477 homes) located in Newport Beach, CA.

Essential Functions:



  • Residents' initial contact for any leak, flood or water intrusion inquiries
  • Schedule restoration services, including initial inspections, mitigation work, insulation installs, build back of drywall and city inspections
  • Communicate updates from restoration company and permitting
  • Generate Notice to Enter (NTE) for restoration company
  • Manage maintenance related text messages i.e. service request updates, potential needs for service requests, etc.
  • Complete FLIR (thermal imaging camera) inspections
  • Create/edit PO's and manage invoice approvals
  • Update claims tracker
  • Manage transfers, renter insurance inquiries and compensation for remediation requests
  • Update Make Ready Date (MRD) for units that require remediation
  • Handel Pro5 emergency letters
  • Serve notices to residents for refusal to complete work
  • Provide residents/guests with exceptional customer service, attending to their requests, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:



  • Project management experience
  • Remediation and restoration experience
  • Demonstrated experience with project financial tracking, and change management related to scopes of work
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly capable self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities


Education:



  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required.

Hourly Range:

$28/hr. - $31/hr., depends on experience
