As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing a variety of complex pharmaceutical meetings for Cadent Medical Communications. Works with colleagues to ensure each program is flawlessly executed within budget and has met all the objectives. Responsible for all decisions and recommendations on the program budget and program execution.
Responsibilities:
Ability to apply business knowledge through the use of technology and best practice tools to ensure company is compliant and that operations are running consistently and efficiently to meet company goals and objectives.
Business Development:
  • Respond to RFPs and create estimates for Bid Proposals
  • Develop proposals and budgets for potential new business and participate in new business pitches
  • Leadership & oversight to drive new business opportunities and promote expanded scope of services
Meeting Support:
  • Works closely with Program Manager & Specialist to create meeting timelines, meeting specific requirements and ad hoc requirements
  • Manages meeting requirements such as graphics, audio visual, food & beverage, room layouts/diagrams, contracts and negotiations, hotel compliance, global compliance, travel expense guidelines, and the budgeting process
  • Manages registration and reporting and acts as a liaison to our internal travel team
  • Develop call agendas for status updates, lead calls, ensure call notes and action items are distributed to team
  • Create and prepare all on-site meeting materials for Clinical and Sponsor review/approval
  • Oversee meeting materials, track shipments
  • Assist in training of Program Managers & Specialists

Desired Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years Meeting & Event Experience
  • Proficient in Cvent and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to travel (up to 40%) including weekends
  • Previous meetings or pharmaceutical experience, strongly preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
