Pay: $32.26 per hour

Schedule: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Summary:

In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and safe production flow.

What You'll Do



  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production machinery and industrial equipment with minimal supervision
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic repairs
  • Verify equipment functionality after repairs and maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work to support production goals
  • Use diagnostic tools such as calipers, dial indicators, multimeters, and other precision instruments
  • Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reliability
  • Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and PM work orders
  • Document repairs, update equipment drawings, and recommend spare parts or improvements
  • Comply with all safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Assist with machine rebuilds, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations



What We're Looking For



  • Journeyman card or equivalent work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a Maintenance Technician aptitude test
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and industrial troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and automated machinery
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work with electrical circuits up to 110V
  • Skilled in using electrical meters, measurement tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Working knowledge of industrial safety standards, equipment codes, and regulations
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and commitment to safety and quality
