Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician - Night Shift Location: Sussex, WI Schedule: Sunday-Thursday \| 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM Position Type: Full-Time Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges? Join our team in Sussex, WI, and help keep our cutting-edge converting, printing, and extruding equipment running at peak performance. What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a wide range of advanced maintenance tasks with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and equipment reliability. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic systems and components Programming PLCs and installing new machinery Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions Assisting other departments and cross-training team members What You Bring: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments Proficiency with computer systems including Excel and SAP (preferred) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Lean manufacturing experience is a plus Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role Why Join Us?
