Our clients Paid Media Intelligence (PMI) team is seeking a Digital Advertising Analyst to support reporting, automation, and finance workflows for high-impact paid media campaigns. This is a contract position focused on building Tableau dashboards, reconciling vendor invoices, and improving internal tooling for creative and performance reporting. Ideal candidates are Tableau-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both technical and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities



  • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to support paid media performance and creative reporting
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clean, intuitive visualizations with well-defined KPIs
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and assist with purchase order tracking for marketing campaigns
  • Build lightweight scripts (Python preferred) to automate internal data workflows
  • Participate in tool evaluations and contribute feedback to improve team efficiency


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or media reporting
  • Strong Tableau development skills, including calculations, formatting, and dashboard design
  • Familiarity with paid media KPIs across channels like Display, Social, SEM, and Affiliate
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and AI tools for data transformation or automation tasks
  • Experience working in Agile environments, especially in Jira
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
