GENERAL FUNCTION

The Lease Administrator is responsible for efficiently coordinating all Real Estate related activity for Luxottica Retail brands. Functions as the liaison between direct reports and clients and customers, both internal and external.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Prepares deal sheets for Leasing Directors, including proforma creation and review, gathering cost estimates and sales projections,
  • Manages Real Estate components of all Retail Services database(s), working across teams to provide accurate and timely information re: lease critical dates and construction timelines.
  • Facilitates lease agreement administration including:

    • Accurately entering all lease agreements for approval.
    • Ensuring complete deal packages are sent to Legal for review and processing.
    • Manages all aspects of deal administration from LOI through Construction, Legal and opening, including problem solving or escalating issues to hit critical deadlines.


  • Participates in all portfolio review related activities:

    • Works with Finance team to prepare Landlord related reports and analytics.
    • Creates Brand appropriate presentations for Landlords and other external partners.
    • Leads creation of all reports and support material to be used for annual planning process.


  • Reviews leases and exhibits with Real Esate team, Tenant Coordinators, Construction and Architects as needed to ensure timely and organized completion of lease required deadlines. Obtains necessary feedback and approvals.
  • Maintains updated files and ensures all records are in keeping with audit guidelines.
  • Performs/Supports Real Estate team reporting and analytics, both recurring and ad hoc.
  • Prepares and sends sales packages as requested. Prepares "special targeted presentations" and creative marketing presentations for retail clients/prospects/internal presentations.
  • Screens and facilitates application process for call-in prospects. Communicates those opportunities to assigned Leasing Director(s).
  • Directly oversees summer and temporary employees and/or special projects as needed.
  • Frequent communicates with Operational partners.
  • Travels periodically to market areas and/or ICSC conferences as needed.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience
  • Prior experience in a similar office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Superb organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Critical problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop/improve processes and procedures
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work and learn independently and in team situations
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects; effectively establish and execute on priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, with a positive attitude

  • Retail/Real Estate/Marketing or Business background


Pay Range: 67,486.40-96,084.80

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
