Overview This person will work as a part of our engineering team to drive execution of engineering deliverables tied to new and existing product quality, delivery, and cost. Responsibilities Ensure production goals are met by responding to issues in the production environment Execute scheduled equipment maintenance tasks Execute released testing protocols, including test setup and data collection Under supervision of engineers or technicians, perform basic troubleshooting activities on systems or equipment Identify gaps or errors in processes and work to address them With direction, complete tasks and project work required to move objectives forward Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience Required: 5+ years work experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge & Skills Working knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.) Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate concepts Ability to work cross-functionally to solve technical problems Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines Organization and prioritization skills - adaptable to changing business needs and adept at juggling numerous projects Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical abilities A passion for continuous learning Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience. $20.77 - $27.26 / HR Additional benefits: non-exempt - Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
