How You'll Contribute:


The HR Talent Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and attracting top talent to an organization. This role focuses on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) coordination within the HR Services function and plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the organization and the RPO provider. The individual in this position oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, optimizing candidate sourcing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and the RPO team.


What You'll Do:



  • RPO Partnership Management: Serve as a support liaison between the organization and the RPO provider, maintaining open communication and addressing any operational or strategic needs. Collaborate with the RPO team to ensure alignment with recruitment goals, strategies, and candidate quality. Regularly review and analyze the RPO's performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Supporting the management of the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to onboarding.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Manage applicant tracking system or recruitment software to track and manage candidate data, applications, and interview feedback. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidates' progress through the recruitment process. Develop and optimize system workflow and procedures.
  • Sourcing Strategy and Talent Pipelining: Assist in developing and implementing innovative candidate sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events. Ensure a talent pipeline is built and maintained for qualified candidates to fulfill current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Partner with RPO to ensure thorough candidate assessments, interviews, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining open and timely communication, addressing candidate inquiries, and ensuring a smooth interview and onboarding process.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop competitive job offers. Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to enhance the organization's employer brand and create compelling job descriptions and marketing materials. Leverage recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization's culture and values.
  • Utilize data insights to make data-driven recommendations for enhancing recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and EEOC guidelines throughout the recruitment process. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide proactive recruitment support. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and initiatives.


What You'll Bring:


Education & Certifications:



  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications or coursework in talent acquisition or recruitment is advantageous.


Required Skills/Qualifications:



  • 3+ years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on managing RPO relationships and processes. Relevant experience in full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition roles. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
  • with the ability to build rapport with candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize workload effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage recruitment processes and meet hiring timelines.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail in candidate screening, documentation, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
