This Position reports to:

Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Production Technician in defining processes. Each day, you will learn to accomplish relevant tasks through on-the-job training and applying this knowledge to support production. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing the cost, quality, and on-time delivery of products.

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Athens, TN

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a factory environment (concrete floor, heat, cold, noise, etc)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending stooping, twisting and lifting
  • Safety Awareness, use of company designated PPE
  • Ability to work with a team

Qualifications for the role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions and respond in English
  • Proficient in Basic math skills
  • Able to lift 10-30 pounds on a continual basis
