We're looking for a Legal Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys driving process improvement, managing complex projects, and supporting strategic initiatives within a dynamic legal department.

What You'll Do

As a Legal Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in enabling the Legal Department's efficiency and effectiveness. You'll coordinate key initiatives, streamline processes, and support cross-functional collaboration-helping the team deliver on its commitment to innovation and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing complex scheduling across legal leadership and cross-functional partners, including recurring meetings, project check-ins, and executive briefings.
  • Drafting, formatting, and finalizing legal documents, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Providing administrative and operational support (expense reporting, meeting coordination, onboarding, workspace management).
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of departmental projects, including stakeholder coordination and project post-mortems.
  • Leading coordination of departmental programs (e.g., continuing legal education initiatives), ensuring milestones and communications are aligned.



What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, or project coordination.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms and project management tools (a plus).
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
