The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a Regional Manager to join the Singlewire team. As the primary sales leader in the region, your focus will be on supporting and coaching a team of Territory Managers and Account Managers across a geography. This position could be located remotely (Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones) or onsite in Madison, WI.

The objective of this role is to provide strategic sales leadership, coaching, and enablement across your region to empower the team to meet and exceed yearly targets. The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall development, growth, and success of the sales team.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Provide primary leadership and focused support to Territory Managers and Account Managers across the assigned geographic region.
  • Drive strategic territory planning in collaboration with sales resources to ensure comprehensive market coverage and resource allocation.
  • Coach team members on specific sales opportunities, providing guidance on strategy, negotiation, and progression through the sales cycle.
  • Ensure that all channel partners are supported and enabled effectively within the region.
  • Engage actively in field sales activities to model best practices, provide real-time coaching, and support strategic customer engagements.
  • Coordinate and support tradeshow events and regional sales meetings.
  • Work closely with our Business Development Team to strategize on prospecting initiatives and top-of-funnel generation.
  • Coach reps on sales methodology and tactics to increase win rates and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on strategies to drive both top of funnel lead generation and tactical marketing plays for the region.
  • Ensure that all sales plays are both effectively executed and measured for performance and ROI.
  • Provide strong leadership across the region by consistently executing the Singlewire Playbook and conducting regular monthly territory reviews.
  • Ensure quality teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude across the team.



You May Be Right for Us If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of sales management, coaching, and outside selling experience in a channel-driven, business-to-business environment.
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced marketplace and a demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams within it.
  • Excellent relationship building and channel partner management skills.
  • Strong verbal communications and business acumen skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers, partners, and other members of the Singlewire team.
  • Dedication to detail, organization, and productive time management.
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of partner and customer trust and confidence.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to travel across the multi-state region and to customer/partner events as needed.
  • Adequate home office space if located remotely from the Madison Singlewire office.
  • Experience leading sales teams selling through channel partners with strengths in collaboration, VOIP, AV, Security, and Unified Communications.
