LPN - Long Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long-term care facility This position requires working evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on unit needs.

Start Date: 11/10

• Provide direct patient care to geriatric residents, including medication administration.
• Oversee and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) colleagues.
• Ensure care is provided with dignity and respect.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to work independently in a long-term care environment.

• Care for approximately 8-10 residents per LPN and 4-6 residents per CNA.
• Residents require long-term care with wound care; no tracheostomy or acute care needs.

• New York State LPN License (NY License ONLY).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA ONLY).
• At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
