This is an 8+ month, hybrid role with 2 days onsite required in Framingham, MA

**About the Role**

This role is at the forefront of integrated marketing, where you will serve as the voice of media strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with and amplify the brand's core platform. You will lead the development of holistic media strategies, encompassing channel and partner-level planning, audience targeting, and robust measurement frameworks. Your expertise will directly influence customer engagement and drive sales across various touchpoints, making a tangible difference in the company's market presence and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Act as the primary advocate for media strategy within integrated planning efforts, collaborating with internal and external partners.

* Partner closely with brand marketing and integrated agency teams to develop media strategies and partnerships that align with and amplify the brand platform.

* Serve as the main day-to-day liaison with the paid media agency, ensuring seamless execution and communication.

* Facilitate sharing and collaboration on media plans and learnings with domestic and global partners.

* Manage investment and channel strategy across diverse media touchpoints, including video, audio, social media, mobile, online video, search, and display.

* Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies, including channel and partner-level plans, audience strategies, and measurement plans.

* Stay abreast of the evolving media landscape and technology tools, providing recommendations for required solutions.

* Meet with existing and prospective media vendors to evaluate future media opportunities and innovations.

* Oversee the holistic budget for media execution.

* Responsible for sharing integrated media plans with key stakeholders across the organization.

* Manage upfront investment, paid partnerships, and critical vendor relationships.

* Oversee the holistic digital strategy focused on driving in-store sales.

* Oversee plans for new market openings, local initiatives, and diverse cultural segments.

* Partner with consumer insights and agency partners to execute cross-channel measurement studies.

* Represent paid media strategy during annual and ad hoc planning processes.

* Continuously monitor campaigns and provide optimization recommendations.

* Lead quarterly performance reviews and establish best practices for future campaigns.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent marketing experience.

* A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in media.

* Extensive experience across various media channels, with a strong emphasis on digital channels (paid social, Digital Video, email, search).

* Strong experience in optimizing media channels, establishing testing approaches, and utilizing analytics.

* 5+ years managing a team of associates (note: this contractor role will not involve managing individuals).

* Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.

* Proven experience working with outside agencies and vendors.

* Demonstrated experience participating in cross-functional teams and influencing positive outcomes within a matrix organization with evolving requirements.

* Superior project management skills with the ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on multiple fronts simultaneously.

* Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

* Strong analytical experience and proven critical thinking abilities.

* Knowledge of the retail business is a plus.
