Title: Marketing Product Services Associate
Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $69,800 - $78,900 (depending on related experience)
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Focus: The Marketing Product Services Associate is highly engaged in processing and communicating product service inquiries regarding ammunition non-conformances with customers and trade partners.

Marketing Product Services Associate Essential Functions:
  • Monitor and process daily online product support claims and customer technical information inquiries.
  • Issue standard or customized letters to customer complaints or inquiries.
  • Determine appropriate actions for customer relations credit when nonconforming products are returned.
  • Coordinate implementation of domestic and international product returns and recalls, as required.
  • Manage Winchester's Federal Firearms License to ensure compliance with ATF regulations and 100% accuracy of firearm inventories within various company locations.
  • Represent the company at various industry events as required.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports as required.
  • Support Product Management, Sales, Quality, Consumer Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Marketing Research departments.
Marketing Product Services Associate Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree*; Business or Communication preferred.
  • Minimum one year of customer service, marketing, sales-related experience or equivalent firearm/ammunition work experience; Preference will be given to candidates with product/customer service experience with a consumer packaged goods company.
  • Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel; SAP skills preferred.
  • Must possess excellent creativity, communication (verbal and written), self-motivation, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, project management, proactive thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage high-volume workload and willingness to collaborate and support team efforts.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5%.

Location-Specific Requirements:

  • This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
