About the Role

We are looking for a National Sales Leader to lead the Surgical Solutions Sales team. This leadership role will drive U.S. sales strategy, revenue and investment forecasting, and coach & development exceptional performance across all business segments. You will drive balanced growth across the Surgical Solutions Product Portfolio, while seeking to achieve continuous improvement in the use of business tools and internal resources to exceed business goals.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation and execution of US sales team strategy to meet revenue forecast and controllable SOH investment targets
  • Develop and lead product launch planning and implement sales strategies in alignment with GORE MPD business objectives in the United States
  • Partner with the Provider Sales Team in the development and implementation of contract and national account strategies
  • Lead and support dynamic change management processes within the context of the Gore culture
  • Coach and develop sales leaders to maximize contributions to include dealing with performance improvement processes fairly
  • Provide leadership to sector leaders (SLs) and drive adoption of business tools to achieve continuous improvement with maximum efficiencies (i.e., inventory ROI, SalesForce.com)
  • Identify and build relationships with key thought leaders nationally to support physician education, training and product adoption across General, Plastic, and Bariatric Surgery
  • Build and maintain credibility, trust, and strong effective working relationships with the Sales Leaders you will lead, Surgical Solutions FSAs, Cross-functional associates and with Cross-selling team leaders
  • Drive process to recruit and hire top talent to fill Sales Leadership and Field Sales Associate territory needs
  • Work with Sales, Business and Divisional Leaders to develop and implement MPD/enterprise initiatives and strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of people leadership and sales management
  • Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and organizational management
  • Demonstrated track record of sales leadership success
  • Proven success in guiding, coaching, and developing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 70% and Current and valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AWR (abdominal wall repair) and Plastic Surgery.
  • Demonstrated business skills including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, as well as interacting and partnering effectively with multiple functions of the business (i.e., marketing, finance, legal/compliance and operations.)and ability to hire, coach and develop high performing sales leader and sales associates

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.

Note: In the United States, restrictions exist for remote work from Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island.
