Seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive new business and growth with Enterprise and Public Sector customers across Louisiana and Arkansas. This role manages the entire sales process, builds strong client relationships, and meets sales targets. Remote within LA or AR, with regular travel in territory. What you will do: Own full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals in Enterprise and Public Sector accounts. Develop and execute territory plan to meet or exceed quota. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and navigate public-sector procurement processes. Respond to RFPs and ensure compliance with government contracting rules. Collaborate internally to support client onboarding and account growth. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM. The skills you bring: 5+ years B2B software sales experience, including Enterprise and Public Sector sales. Proven track record closing complex deals and meeting quotas. Knowledge of public procurement cycles and contracting. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven with ability to work independently and travel as needed. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Variable Compensation Plan: This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.
