The Global Solutions Design Lead is responsible for the leadership and management of Pontoon's solution design activity and toolkit for our products across the Pontoon industry segments. This role shapes and continuously improves the design process for MSP solutions, working in partnership with the wider Pontoon organization to ensure alignment of the end client solution with the Target Operating Model (TOM). Proactively leads and supports sales presentations by explaining the details of the Pontoon proposed solution, the design methodology and can articulate the value of MSP and / or Total Talent solutions in a client facing environment. This role also leads Pontoon efforts to continuously improve and refine solution offerings to our customers and play a key leadership role in driving the future of the company's solution roadmap and product offerings, working closely with the Pontoon product engine functions. What you'll be doingGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Leads a global team (directly or indirectly) to develop high quality, commercially competitive solutions to win new sales opportunities, renew and expand existing client programs. * These talent solutions will cover all aspects of Pontoon's business including contingent, Statement of Work, freelance and other talent channels. * Collaborates closely with Implementation to ensure a seamless and unified customer experience and to accelerate speed to revenue through effective handover and alignment from solutioning to delivery. * Owns the end-to-end Solution Design process and toolkit, including the digitization of workflows to drive efficiency and scalability to ensure Solution Architects are focused on high-value design and strategic support activities. * Assesses customer business needs and objectives to lead the design of talent program solutions inclusive of talent acquisition strategies, business process definitions, technology usage, sourcing approaches and program models. * Engages with other Pontoon teams including Sales, Implementation Finance, Product, Operations and optimization to ensure that solutions are designed to meet customer expectations and requirements as well as Pontoon operational and financial targets. * Partners closely with Pontoon senior leadership team and Marketing to drive innovation in our service offerings and influence the roadmap for new capabilities, features and services for customer talent acquisition and management programs. * Engages with Pontoon program teams throughout all regions to gain feedback and insight into existing programs and opportunities to further improve future solution capabilities. * Maintains in-depth knowledge of the global talent acquisition and management industry to engage in both internal and external thought leadership opportunities as a subject matter expert and representative of Pontoon. * Participates with key stakeholders throughout The Adecco Group to advise and educate on Pontoon's service capabilities as well as to support Adecco client opportunities for managed services and outsourcing. * Builds and maintains relationships with Pontoon internal and external partner companies (i.e. LHH, Beeline etc.) to ensure that client talent solutions are designed with optimal utilization of all available options. * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon's incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
