Looking for a challenging and impactful finance role? The Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing the corporate shared services budget, analyzing spend, and implementing processes that drive financial efficiency across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to partner with global teams and senior leadership, providing insights and controls that support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate creation and management of the corporate shared services budget, tracking changes that impact FY financial planning. * Implement costing processes to support rebilling of qualifying expenses to legal practices and client cases. * Produce regular spend reports, including actuals, forecasts, variance analysis, allocations, and shared service cost breakdowns. * Review, approve, and allocate invoices to ensure alignment with contracted spend. * Collaborate with global and local finance teams to establish standard cost allocation and reporting categories. * Analyze budget spend to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights. * Develop financial controls and approval processes/matrices for all spend. * Assist with project costing, projections, and ROI analysis. * Ensure cost management policies are up to date with Global Accounting and Procurement practices. * Partner with Global Procurement to implement Procure-to-Pay controls and processes for Corporate Overheads. * Participate in internal and third-party audits as required. * Support Senior Leadership and Global Heads with financial analysis and reporting needs. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and functions. * Experience with Corporate Overheads or IT spend preferred. * Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboarding/visualization tools is a plus.
