Lead the Charge: Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing (Production, CNC, Electrical)

Hours & Pay:

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Range: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Daily Tasks & Requirements:

Directing Maintenance & Equipment Repair:



  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers maintaining and repairing production machines, tools, and facility systems-determine work priorities and schedule repairs and installations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes, mills, hobbing equipment, saws, etc., both hands-on and by directing the maintenance team.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and confirm timely completion of work to meet production needs; inspect finished work for conformity to specifications.
  • Enforce adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Fabricate and implement tooling and fixturing as needed.
  • Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Develop or revise standard operational and working practices; observe workers and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Establish or adjust maintenance procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain time and production records.
  • Coordinate with other supervisors to align departmental activities.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance when required.
  • Hire, coach, and develop new associates; foster a team-centered culture with positive relationships, ongoing feedback, integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Competencies & Qualifications:



  • Advanced multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technology products, CNC machining, assemblies, building/facility maintenance, and equipment.
  • Experience in mechanical/electrical diagnostics and repair, including reading diagrams, schematics, engineering prints, and manuals for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Basic fabrication techniques, electrical test equipment usage, strong hands-on attitude across electrical, electronic, PLC controls, CNC, and manual machines.
  • PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic reading; welding and cutting torch experience; CNC programming and operation.
  • Education/Experience: Minimum five years of prior experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of machines/equipment in a manufacturing environment. An associate degree in machine maintenance/repair or equivalent training is a plus. Post-high school training in electronics, welding, and fabrication preferred. Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls is highly desirable. A certified electrician credential is a plus. Computer literacy in Windows is required. Forklift operating certification is a plus.
  • Licenses/Credentials: Valid driver's license with no minor moving violations in the last 36 months and no major violations or suspensions in the last 60 months.
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing/production environment.
