This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in workplace safety and compliance.

Hours & Pay

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Training: Must be available to train on 2nd shift for 1-2 weeks as needed

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 days)

What You'll Do

As the Safety and Training Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring all employees understand and follow safety standards while supporting continuous improvement across our operations. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Developing and delivering safety training programs for warehouse and manufacturing teams
  • Conducting site safety inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses
  • Investigating incidents and implementing corrective action plans
  • Maintaining OSHA compliance records and EHS documentation
  • Supporting safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety engagement
  • Collaborating with leadership to promote a proactive safety culture
  • Providing hands-on support during shift transitions and special projects



What We're Looking For



  • 3-5 years of experience in safety coordination or training within warehouse or manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and general safety regulations
  • Experience developing and conducting employee training programs
  • OSHA certification or related coursework strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally during inspections and audits
  • Comfortable with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility
