What You'll Do

As a Parts Coordinator, you'll ensure that every part, piece, and order is right where it needs to be-on time, every time. You'll handle the logistics behind the logistics, supporting both mechanics and customers to keep operations seamless.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities within the Parts Department
• Research and order parts for mechanics and customers
• Verify quantities and pricing on parts billed to work orders
• Maintain accurate inventory for both warehouse and technician vans
• Process invoices, payments, and returns
• Provide updates on backorders and assist with A/R collections
• Handle shipping and receiving of all parts and materials

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates welcome, but attention to detail and reliability are a must
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer literacy for processing orders and managing inventory

Hours & Pay

• Pay: $24.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time, first shift
