Overview

How you can make a difference

The Associate Vice President of Revenue Operations (AVP, RevOps) will serve as a strategic partner to CS&RM and the broader Commercial organization. This leader will be responsible for aligning revenue-generating functions, optimizing core processes, and deploying tools and insights that create operational efficiency, accelerate growth, and drive predictable performance.

The AVP will build, centralize, and lead the functions critical to modern revenue execution-including analytics, reporting, sales technology, enablement, training, internal communications, workforce management, and program management. This role is foundational to establishing a scalable, data-driven, and disciplined commercial operating model

What you'll be doing

Essential Management Responsibilities:

    Manages and carries out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a unified Revenue Operations organization that brings together analytics, enablement, technology, and program management.
  • Integrate existing and new capabilities into a single operating model that supports repeatable and scalable growth.
  • Define standards, operating rhythms, and governance for forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and GTM execution.
  • Drive SFDC adherence, data hygiene, and full lifecycle CRM optimization across CS&RM.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and execution of sales motions supporting key growth programs (Grow the Core, TAP, new value proposition, cross-sell, and renewal excellence).
  • Ensure growth programs are supported by consistent workflows, sales stages, guided processes, and embedded sales tech (Gong, Outreach, Seismic).
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure aligned prioritization, attribution, and performance management.
  • Provide analytics, insights, and playbooks that drive adoption of consultative selling and value-based client engagement.
  • Once core CS&RM capabilities are operationalized, extend RevOps support to additional Commercial teams (Enterprise, Broker, Partner, etc.) to unify processes and performance execution.
  • Ensure seamless enablement, cross-functional coordination, and consistent execution across all revenue-facing teams.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Champion enterprise-level data integrity, tech stack integration, and GTM alignment.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • The AVP will own the following capabilities and their integration into a cohesive operating model: Analytics & Reporting: Pipeline analytics, forecasting, dashboards, performance reporting, attribution, and health metrics.
  • Tools & Technology: SFDC development and governance, sales tech administration (Gong, Outreach, Seismic, ZoomInfo), and workflow automation.
  • Program Management: Structure and governance for CS&RM initiatives, growth programs, cross-functional workstreams, and prioritization.
  • Training & Enablement: Consultative selling training, onboarding, playbook creation, certification pathways, and ongoing development.
  • Internal Communications: Message alignment, field communications, and change-management support.
  • Workforce Management: Territory design, capacity modeling, headcount planning, role clarity, and productivity optimization.

What you will need to be successful

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (analytics, enablement, tech, PMO).
  • Proven ability to build and scale RevOps functions in complex B2B environments
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern sales technology ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical background with experience designing dashboards, forecasting models, and performance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of process, tools, and operating rhythms.
  • Exceptional cross-functional partnership skills; able to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership - Ability to set a vision, execute a sales strategy, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Revenue Growth Focus - Deep expertise in scaling revenue, expanding market share, and optimizing sales processes.
  • Team Leadership & Development - Strong ability to recruit, coach, and inspire a results-driven sales organization
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making - Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and performance tracking

Physical/Mental Requirements and Demands:

  • Work requires normal range of hearing, vision and verbal communication skills, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use a telephone or headset equipment and operate a keyboard and other office equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to spend prolonged periods of each workday on the phone
  • The ability to perform work at a computer station for 6-8+ hours a day and function in an environment with frequent interruptions is required.
  • Must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs
  • May experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to attend training or meetings may be required.

Salary Range

$175500.00 To $232,500.00 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
