Summary The Senior Associate, Corporate Initiatives will play a critical role in driving and coordinating high-impact projects that advance Datavant's enterprise goals. This individual will operate within the Integration Management Office (IMO), supporting enterprise-level initiatives and acting as a connective link across functional and business workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, exceptional project management skills, and experience supporting integrations and enterprise initiatives originating from the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an Integration Management Office (IMO) resource, supporting cross-functional workstreams and ensuring alignment across enterprise and business initiatives.
- Support live integrations by coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and identifying risks and interdependencies across teams.
- Build and maintain project documentation, timelines, and executive-ready updates to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Facilitate collaboration across corporate functions and business units to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and enterprise-level planning frameworks.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, integration management, or project management within a complex or high-growth organization.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-level materials.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting post-merger integrations, strategic initiatives, or enterprise transformation efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with a high degree of ownership and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
