Job Summary The Program Director is responsible for defining, optimizing, and standardizing staffing workflows across the enterprise. This role ensures that the Bullhorn ecosystem reflects industry-leading operational processes that enhance recruiter effectiveness, strengthen compliance, improve speed-to-fill, elevate data quality, and drive overall operational efficiency. The Program Director partners closely with Operations leaders to identify business priorities, establish best-practice methodologies, and document target-state workflows. The role then collaborates with the Product organization to translate these best practices into scalable system capabilities-overseeing the end-to-end process to ensure they are designed, built, tested, deployed, and supported with consistency, quality, and adoption across the organization. The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $150,000 to $180,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
