GFT isseeking a highly experienced and technically proficient and sales focused Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead client relationship management, proposal development, and strategic pursuits in the Philadelphia and surrounding markets. What you'll be challenged to do: We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong and a proven ability to drive business growth through technical sales. This role is ideal for a professional who can combine deep mechanical engineering knowledge with strategic client engagement, helping secure projects and deliver innovative solutions that meet performance, budget, and schedule goals. You will work closely with Client Service Leaders, Business Development, local Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Project Managers, and Directors to identify project pursuits and develop strategies for new and expanded client growth. The focus will be to grow the mechanical and electrical project portfolio by establishing new design-build opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
