Summary

The Sustainability, Business Continuity, & Resiliency Program Coordinator reports to the MaineHealth Director of Emergency Management & Preparedness, the MaineHealth Emergency Management & Preparedness Sustainability, Business Continuity & Resiliency Program Coordinator assists in the development, implementation, maintenance, and overall coordination of plans, policies, procedures, training and exercise development and execution, mitigation practices, preparedness activities, response and recovery processes, and improvement planning related to hospital resiliency and business continuity. This person provides support and program coordination in areas of resiliency and business continuity.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education:Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 3 years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. An Associate's degree with greater than 5 years of relative experience may be considered.
  2. License/Certifications: ICS 100, 200, 700, 800- RN/Paramedic Licensure required. CHEP or CEDP (IBFCSM) Certification and/or ABCP/CBCP (DRI) Certification preferred.
  3. Experience: 3 years of directly related experience (5 years of relative experience for an associate's degree)
