Location: Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, New Jersey is a part of RWJBarnabas Health, is a trusted leader in patient-centered care and medical innovation, Our telemetry units provide comprehensive, advanced treatment for our patients, supported by a team of dedicated professionals and cutting-edge technology, We are committed to excellence, compassion, and improving outcomes for every patient we serve, Required Certifications and Licenses: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in New Jersey, Maintenance of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BCLS) Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Masters degree highly preferred Successful completion of all Orientation Schedule: Part time days Essential Functions: Assists Nursing Director with ensuring that quality nurse care is delivered to all patients and his/her units in accordance with the philosophy, policies, procedures and program plans of the hospital, Develops and sustains an environment that supports compassionate care, healthcare excellence, and superior service, Assists with the development of patient care standards and continuing education, Assists in performance evaluation of staff, and in scheduling and staffing to meet department needs, Assists in the direction, coordination and development of performance improvement, patient safety, and patient experience outcomes, Assures the unit is always in a state of survey readiness and meets compliance with all environmental/equipment requirements, Makes daily rounds to ensure smooth functioning and throughput of patients on the unit and intervenes with all ancillary and support services to provide quality patient care Expected to work 2 shifts Per week, every other weekend, and some Holidays RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer | |
