The English Department seeks a teacher with experience I composition instruction to teach 2 sections of core composition at the University of Colorado Denver English Department. Each class section meets twice per week for set class hours for each session. In addition to leading class discussion, composition teachers must also prepare for classes, provide regular feedback on assignments, and meet with students outside the classroom. A successful applicant will have training in composition studies and experience in the composition classroom. The applicant should be able to engage with students with wide range of abilities and experiences. This is a part-time position that requires the applicant to teach on site and hybrid. Qualifications you already possess (Minimum Qualifications)
