The Employee Health Services Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating support of daily operations for the assigned Employee Health programs. This position assists management with department budget preparations and management, schedules meetings, composes various documents, coordinates departmental orientation, maintains files, monitors regulatory updates for assigned programs in order to maintain compliance. The position may also assist with other EHS-based programs and works closely in supporting the Employee Health Services Manager and Medical Director
Minimum Requirements:
  • Three years in a healthcare-related field
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business, health/information management, nursing, risk management or other related field.
  • Strong, well developed organization and communication skills, including public speaking
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills including ability to balance competing demands, set priorities, and facilitate a strong team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and personal and professional development.
  • Ability to represent Meriter well within the community
