Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Primarily remote; occasional onsite meetings in Newark, NJ

Duration: 6 months, with potential extension for the right candidate

The Project Manager supports the Program Manager in the day-to-day operations of the program and assists with underlying projects across multiple workstreams. This role helps ensure smooth execution by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and PMO to uphold the program vision, priorities, and strategic roadmap.
  • Monitor progress on critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
  • Maintain key program deliverables, including PMO agendas and follow-ups, program plans, monthly status reviews, and RAID logs.



Governance & Communication

  • Assist in developing and managing program governance frameworks, utilizing templates, toolkits, and standardized reporting protocols.
  • Draft and prepare leadership readouts, status updates, and escalation reports for review and feedback.
  • Organize and support governance meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items to ensure accountability.
  • Participate in program meetings to ensure key updates and issues are promptly communicated to leadership.



Project Management Support

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, timelines, and deliverables within the program to ensure successful execution.
  • Support project leads with task tracking, progress reporting, and resource coordination.
  • Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks or issues, escalating to the Program Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).



Experience:

  • 5+ years in program or project management, preferably in technology , Real Estate, or asset management domains.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs- this is an internally build technology platform that involves coordination across multiple business groups.



Skills:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in program governance and risk management frameworks.
