What to Expect This role will be based out of the Greater Houston Area (TX) however will be expected to work in Fremont (CA) to support early builds and validation for the first 6-12 months. Other travel may be required. The Production Supervisor is a member of the Manufacturing Production Team. They will lead the development,implementationand application of Tesla's Production System. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in the implementation and application of production systems in a manufacturing environment. They must have a broad background with the ability to work with engineering, production associates, quality, and suppliers across a wide variety of issues/ corrective actionsidentifiedin production and field performance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement toestablisheffective working relationships within Tesla and outside. The successful candidate for this position takes pride in their hands-on and analytical abilities,organizationalskillsand attention to detail.
