Senior Vice President – (job location is New York, NY; employer is Jefferies LLC) – Perform strategic and financial analysis for the preparation of pitch documentation and execution considerations. Execute mandated deals including client advisory, due diligence, structuring and negotiation of legal documents, and the coordination of investor engagement and equity distribution. Prepare investor materials, pitch books, committee memos and pro-forma financing models to aid in transaction preparation, client diligence and deal execution. Pitch and execute U.S. equity capital markets (ECM) deals including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, block equity trades, direct listings and other equity-related product offerings for Jefferies’ technology clients. Lead client dialogue for equity capital markets and execution topics. Maintain dialogue and relationships with existing ECM clients through continual marketing and advisory efforts with investment banking and financial sponsor teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (In lieu of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept a 3-year degree from an accredited US or foreign university) and eight (8) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including institutional investors and financial sponsors, on equity capital market transactions; preparing investor materials, pitch materials, internal committee memos, and financing models for equity capital market transactions; performing financial analysis to evaluate potential equity capital market transactions; advising clients on key transaction execution consideration, including defining the transaction structure, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing the closing process; and assessing financial transaction precedent and financial regulatory guidelines to provide key disclosure and structuring recommendations for equity capital market transactions.
