As our Pennsylvania Sales Manager, you'll guide an experienced, fast-growing team, building strategies that help customers find solutions and keep Uline growing strong. Schedule Monday and Friday: Allentown, PA office. Tuesday - Thursday: Sales team visits to the Lehigh Valley, Greater Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania. Position Responsibilities Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives. Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts. Partner with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures. Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
