Director, Securitized Product Group - ABS - (employer: Natixis New York Branch; job location: New York, NY) - Perform Asset-Backed Security (ABS) transaction execution functions, including warehouse financing and capital markets deal processing, financial modeling, structural and collateral due diligence and analysis, and credit analysis. Build cashflow models for transaction analysis, providing structural recommendations to clients and providing rating agency advisory guidance. Develop ABS offering materials including stratifications, dec tables, and risk-retention calculation. Prepare internal credit summaries and present to the Credit Committee. Perform due diligence of existing and potential clients, including reviewing their operations, strategy, and asset and financial performance. Review and negotiate transaction legal documents. Manage interactions with rating agencies, the internal credit department, capital markets syndicate team, issuer clients, investors, and other internal and external parties involved in ABS transactions. Requirements: Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: leading all aspects of new origination, structuring, and ongoing portfolio management across various asset classes including consumer loans, residential mortgages, insurance premium financings, digital infrastructure, and Aircraft leases; structuring and executing asset-backed securitization warehouse facilities and capital market ABS transactions; developing cashflow models in Excel and Intex to support business initiatives and internal approval processes; managing rating agency process; and executing transactions compliant with both U.S. and EU Securitization regulations.
