Coating Line Operator (1st Shift)

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00am to 2:30pm

If you like hands on work, being part of a tight knit team, and learning multiple skills instead of doing the same thing all day, this role is worth a look.

You'll be part of our Coating Line High Performance Work Team. That means you'll rotate between different tasks and help keep production running smoothly.

Day to day you will:

• Operate and support sanding, coating, inspection, and material handling

• Set up, run, and clean production equipment

• Inspect product quality and document results

• Keep your work area clean and safe

• Troubleshoot issues and speak up when something is off

• Work closely with your team during huddles and changeovers

• Help with continuous improvement efforts

You won't be stuck in one spot. We train you across the line so you build real skills and have room to grow.

• High school diploma or GED

• 2 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment

• Safety focused mindset and willingness to follow procedures

• Basic math and computer skills

• Team player who communicates well and takes ownership

Experience with forklifts, coating lines, sanding, or inspections is a plus, but not required. We train the right people.

• Manufacturing environment with coatings, wood dust, and noise

• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to help in other areas when needed
