YOUR MISSION
Own the end-to-end DTC site merchandising strategy for assigned categories, driving revenue, CVR, AOV and engagement across all digital channels.
Partner with Planning, Buying, Content and Marketing teams to optimize product exposure based on demand, inventory health, launch timing and business priorities.
Own category-level reporting and performance readouts, clearly communicating results, inisghts, and recommended actions to direct team or cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead product recommender strategy. Conduct and present weekly analysis on existing product recommenders, optimize, implement new product recommenders, striving to maximize cross-sell potential.
Lead the internal site search strategy end-to-end, including keyword taxonomy, synonym mapping, zero-results reduction and ongoing optimization to drive product discoverability, conversion and revenue.
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accuracy, quality, and execution speed, particularly during peak trading moments.
Act as a subject-matter expert for site merchandising best practices, trends, and tools within the e-commerce organization, occasionally coaching junior site merchandisers directly.
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Passion for improving user experience, innovation, and exploring new tools, features, and merchandising tactics.
The hiring range base pay for this position is $67,700-$91,900 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate) Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
