What You Bring

  • Experience in affordable housing property management; LIHTC and/or HUD program experience strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for affordable housing programs

  • Experience with lease-ups or opening new communities is helpful but not required

  • Strong communication, organization, and resident-service mindset

  • Ability to lead onsite staff and collaborate across departments

  • Comfort with property management software and standard office technology

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support community and resident needs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range is $60,000 to $63,000 annually

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) program with company match

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • Short- and long-term disability and other supplemental benefits

  • Opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven, vertically integrated affordable housing organization
