Description

Alliance Technical Group is a leading provider of systems and services for stack emissions monitoring at power plants and other industries throughout the country. We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities



  • Manage medium to large scope projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, milestones, and task schedules.
  • Collaborate with group managers on the identification and assignment of business resources.
  • Conduct project meetings to establish and execute detailed project plans between internal team members and sales for project hand-off, as well as ongoing meetings with customer representatives.
  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis, capture relevant project information, develop implementation schedules, and establish standard project electronic file storage.
  • Accurately track and report project status against plan to all stakeholders at all levels.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications



  • Project Management experience; certification preferred.
  • BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Thorough understanding of project management processes, techniques, tools, and development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Critical listening and thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight on occasion.
  • Proven team player who is humble, hungry, and people-smart.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

The pay range for this role is $100,000-140,000 per year.
